A return or refund may be requested within 7 days of delivery when an item is damaged in transit, defective, or different from the item ordered. Please keep the item, accessories, and packaging available for review. Approved requests are handled after verification.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and verified. Bank or payment-provider processing time may vary.
Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases, used or altered items, products without original accessories or packaging, or items damaged after delivery. This does not affect eligible claims for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
To cancel an order, email us with your order number before it is dispatched. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible. When a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund is initiated within 7 business days.
